This will be our eighth biennial ‘Passionate About Plants’ with a full day’s enjoyment from four expert speakers talking about plants and trees in our gardens. Plants from specialist nurseries, seeds, tools and other garden requisites will be available for sale before the start of the programme of talks and during intervals throughout the day. I believe it will be a special day out for garden lovers and hope to meet you there.

ANNIE GODFREY :
Trained as a Garden Designer at Capel Manor Horticulture College in 1995. Started ‘Daisy Roots’ Nursery in 1999, specialising in Hardy and Perennial Plants. Has won several Gold Medals including at Hampton Court Flower Show and for ‘Best Summer Flowering Display’ at Gardeners’ World Live in 2017. The icing on the cake was the Gold Medal won at the 2017 RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
BSc in Horticulture with Plantsmanship, at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Gardener, Author, Speaker Broadcaster. Presenter on ITV’s “Love Your Garden”, BBC Gardeners’ World, RHS Campaign for School Gardening
Landscape Gardener and winner of 7 Gold Medals at RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Also RHS Ambassador for Education and Community Gardens. Adam has just launched his own Garden School in Barnack, just outside Stamford. Current presenter on BBC Gardeners’ World.
Garden Designer and Owner of Barnsdale Gardens which, after many years of medals at RHS Chelsea Flower Show finally struck Chelsea Gold in 2016 for ‘ Barnsdale Gardens – Past, Present and Future’. Nick is the son of Geoff Hamilton who was the chief BBC Gardeners’ World presenter for many years.
