Meetings start informally at 7.15pm with a short interval before members notices and a welcome to new members and visitors.

There then follows the main presentation of the evening. A Guest speaker is invited to talk on one of many varied topics relating to gardening.

During the course of the evening there is a break for tea/coffee and biscuits.

Plant sales also take place during the break. Expect to find a varied collection of well known and unusual plants grown by members all of which are offered at very reasonable prices. A percentage of the sale price is donated to Group funds.

The break is usually followed by a continuation of the main presentation.

Finally, there is a draw for a raffle with the meeting normally ending around 10pm
